We need a sample. Can you get a factory manifold from a wrecking yard? If you can we will build them from the sample for easy bolt in. Your header would be FREE if you can do this. You would be helping your fellow 1.0 owners as well as us.

Sorry mate not had a chance to look yet but i will get round to it! Excuse my ignorance but wot will this header do and how much of a bhp increase are we looking at?

header is what the Americans call the Exhaust manifold mate, on a T-sport your looking at around 5-8BHP (i could be wrong but im guessing) so maybe 3-5BHP on a 1L?????

header makes a quality low hum at mid range aswell

adds to the zorst noise
