WOOO HOOOO.

I ordered some new plates on monday should be here today, I specificly asked for the back ones to be 14in X 6.5in.

Idealy the letters and numbers should be on two lines. I hope thats what they do. :(

I'm getting new plates this afternoon. They can fit the letters in one line on the back and still be legal. Don't like the two line look.

Agreed, there is no way the correct sized lettering can be fitted into the width on an import plate. Unless the law has just changed......

no they can...... mongos.. lol

They are using MB sized lettering with no GB thing down the side etc, so there is enough room !

They have checked out the legality of it all etc and it's fine. I'll post pics when I get them ( today ).

It has to be on two levels jim....otherwise the letterings not correct

It's to do with the width of the letters Jim, If you have a standard 7 character plate (letter, numberx3, letterx3) it'll not fit in the bumper hole.

jim why dont u swap ur back bumper for a uk spec one, then u can play nicely with a standard plate, and confuse people in the know, when ur turbo kicks in and u waste 'em!
