I am assuming that those red envelopes with a blue blob in the middle, or a blue envelope with a red blolb are the locked symbols right?

If so, why any topic that i was posting got locked practicaly 2days after?

no.. these are not locked..

in fact not sure what they are... i know it sounds silly.. but somehow they mean something and they are not locked.. i noticed a few of mine have these especially when they are popular threads.

i have not read up on these to see what they mean

There's a page somewhere on the forum which explains what all the envelopes mean, if I hadn't just come back from an alcoholic dinner with te folks I'd find it....
