I presume that you have Touch & Go Plus?

If you have the post code I find it easiest to start by entering that as it will usually autofill street, town etc. from that.

Have you ever updated your T&G?

I believe its just a touch and go although its an Excel the sat nav is not the top model it seems! No voice control input!

and no i dont think it has ever been updated which im led to believe is quite expensive!

are the letters grey because i assume that address is not in the database!!

£109 to update the maps but the system/firmware updates should be free.

Are you starting with postcode, town or street address?
