I have a 2011 Toyota Rav4 front wheel drive, and no other issues with the vehicle.   Recently I was getting noise from my front left wheel hub, so I replaced both front wheel hubs, calipers, rotors and front brakes.  When I finished the repairs and started the engine the check engine, power steering, ABS, slip indicator, and brake lights are all on and the speedometer isn't registering.  Any suggestions?

Get a diagnostic program plugged into the OBDII port (preferably Toyota Techstream - see EBay), clear all the faults and see what comes back when you try again.

Sometimes a low Battery can "create" a plethora of spurious faults.  If that is the case, get it charged up.
