Estima Differential Help Required

Evening Everyone, I have had an Estima 2.4 Auto, 2 or 4 wheel drive (switch selectable) for around 5 years and total mileage has just gone over 200K. I have had confirmed a whine from the rear diff, so am looking for a replacement / second-hand unit. The vin is ACR40-0022920 and trans/axle stamp is U140F -03A Its on an X-reg (2000) I am based in Woking, Surrey. Any help / advice greatly appreciated Martin
