Toyota avensis d4d cold starting problem

Hi can anyone help me with a problem with cold starting with my Toyota Avensis D4D. When it is coldtemperature out side when I come to start the car I let the light on the dash to go out then try to start the engine. It starts but emmediatEly cuts out.Then it will start. I've fitted a new Battery new glow plugs. I've tested the glow plug relay all ok.The egr valve has been cleaned and the air mass sense. Any advice would be very welcome.

Have you checked the fuel filter? Also possibly air in the system? Could try and pump the priming valve on the top of the fuel filter and get someone to start the car when it's cold to see if it starts while you do that.
