Dash board led

My Auris has an Optitron dashboard and I considering changing the led colours to white or blue ive done many searches to find which type are fitted on my dash . I am sure they are not the square type but small surface mounted round led  and also how many are needed if I also change the display ones as well

I tried a search for smd  type but there not the same at all.

I found someone on Youtube who had changed his to white and others have asked him which leds he used but he never replied  plus its a old video.

Has anyone done a led change on a Optitron dashboard than can help me here.

Of course I could remove one and send it off for identification by a supplier of leds but that would mean the car will be out of use which I cannot afford due family heath problems that means the car may be needed at anytime day or night.
