Hi everyone happy to be owning a Rav 4 and a very nice drive it is. The only snag I have with it is the touch & go sat nav not installed. Maybe someone on this forum could point me in the right direction on how to achieve this without Toyota's ridiculous £600 price tag.

Thanks

Nice meeting you all

Chris

welcome to the forum

It needs additional hardware so the only way to not buy it from a dealer is to buy a s/h, salvaged etc. module & any necessary accessories (cables, antenna etc,).

Or you could:

a) change the head unit to one with built in satnav - if you don't want to pay £600 that probably means buying from China etc.

b) use an additional 3rd party standalone satnav or a smartphone/tablet running something like Google Maps/Waze etc. This will have more up to date & cheaper mapping than the T&G.
