How to reprogram a key for a 2003 Corolla Verso T3.

Hi, I have a Corolla Verso T3 2003, on a 52 plate.

I have the Master Key, but one if the Remote Keys got Smashed.

Getting a Replacement was not a problem, but getting it Reprogramed was.

I have searched the internet & found a few posts about how to Reprogram a Key.

But their does not seem to be any consistansy in the posts.

I was woundering if any one knows of the Correct Sequence to Reprogram a key fir a Verso.

This worked for me to programme a key for a 99 Yaris. It only worked on the second attempt. Make sure doors are closed.

For 1998+ Toyota, Lexus
Add Duplicate Key

1. Simultaneously depress and release brake and accelerator pedals 1 time.
2. Insert existing master key into ignition.
3. Within 15 seconds depress and release accelerator pedal 5 times.
4. Within 20 seconds depress and release the brake pedal 6 times and remove key.
5. Within 10 seconds insert new key into ignition.
6. Within 10 seconds depress and release the accelerator pedal 1 time.
7. After 80 seconds new key is registered and security light goes off.
8. Remove new key and depress and release brake pedal 1 time.

But that does not work.

Just spent the last 20 min trying it.

Looks like it is a diferant sequance on a 2002/2003 Corolla Verso T3.
