New to the forum and sort of bought my 2011 iq by accident. Wasn't looking for one but like it's ingenious design, quirky nature and free tax!

 

Anyway, iq was running a bit rough low down as commented by a number of posters on this forum. Despite the car only having 16000 miles on it and being fully serviced by Toyota dealer, the filter was surprisingly dirty! Changing it has made a noticeable difference to low rev lumpiness/pick up too. Would recommend to others who are feeling the vibrations as I didn't  think £18 would make such a difference! Have posted a picture to show new and old.

Air filters aren't replaced at every service - they're checked at the intermediate and replaced at the full service. So, depending when the car had its last full service, it may be up to two years old.

Hello and welcome to iQ ownership and the forum. Which model did you get the iQ1, 2 or 3?

2 years old and 6000 miles to be exact assuming it was done at the 4 year mark. Still surprised though!
