2011 Avensis Rear camera adaptor lead?

Hi,

I recently bought a Kenwood DNX4150DAB head unit along with the relevant, required, leads. Problem was when the mobile electrician man came to fit it he found out that the adaptor lead for the camera to the head http://www.roadradio.com/wiring-fascia-adaptors/iCT27-249/7742/ unit did not fit, although it was correctly labelled for the car. This fitter has struggled to find another adaptor and so has another car audio shop I took the the car to.

Please, does anybody know where to get an adaptor, or how I can connect my rear camera to the Kenwood head unit?
