40k miles. The 'box does seem a bit smoother although only driven it into work which is 12 miles.

Just done a 150 mile round trip and no gearbox whine when accelerating after coming off M25, which it used to do before fluid change so all seems good.   Fingers crossed.

Im considering buying a 2012 yaris auto with FSH and 70K on clock...is it worth it ? do these CVTs last if oil is changed every 40k which it has ?

Ive noticed some guides refer to the fill plug being on the side (accessible via the wheel arch) and others mention the the one on the top of the gearbox (T55). Can either be used? I'm thinking maybe the one at the top is just meant for inspection rather than filling but if it works, its easier to use

Also I see guides sate CVT FE fluid but the original handbook has CVT TC. Has FE superceded TC?
