Can't access TMC via Internet

I have recently purchased and fitted an Go+ box for my Touch 2 system. Everything is working fine, except the TMC service via internet. When I'm trying to enable it just tells me, that my subscription has ended and that I should go for MyToyota portal to activate it. But I can't find a place to activate it, so any help bringing med closere would bedste much appreciated. 🙂
