Do Burds Sleep

I was woken up at 3AM, and I could hear burds singing, do they ever sleep?

Trouble is we've spoilt nature AGAIN, apparently there is so much light pollution in the UK now that a lot of species of bird sing all night cos they are not sure anymore!! (true dit)

it is still light at night, i was out at 1 in the car and i cud c above the next town there was still patchs of light where the clouds werent :o

Birds sleep when its dark and since the nights are shorter, they seem to sleep less....

I love it when the birds sing, its kinda therapeutic to listen.... :D
