5 year warranty exclusions

does anyone know what the exclusions are on the 5 year toyota warranty?

i have a whistle from the left rear wheel and they tried to fob me off saying it wasnt covered, it is going back in tomorrow as they just cleaned the brakes last time and it went a lot better for a day and came back again, the noise has been on the car since i got it new

another member here (dusty) her dealer is reseating her windscreen because of a wind noise, so why does her dealer do a better job than mine i thought the warranty should be identical no matter what dealer you go to

they probably trying to wriggle out because they dont get a lot of money for warranty work from toyota, but it is very short sighted of them because i wont be going to them for servicing if the warranty is not worth anything and also i wont be buying another new car in the futre from them and just go back to honda

The warranty is identical but, by the sound of it, the issues experienced aren't. In the case of the other member it looks like the dealer has traced the source of the problem, and hopefully the remedial work will solve it.
