Hi all,

Anyone know the score on whether the UK or Europe will be getting the EV version of the IQ?

Seen videos in Asia and it looks cool. Apart from the wheels, I'd take one today!

Or are Mr T going to shoot themselves in the corporate foot again just because it says IQ on it???

Short answer is no.

The IQ EV's production was limited to 100 units for Japan and 100 for the US. Released in Japan in late 2012. As far as I know only 60 were released in the US in 2013 and were allocated to car sharing projects.

The IQ's production run ended in 2016.

In Europe, the IQ was effectively replaced by the second generation Aygo - which had a broader range to bridge the gap left by the IQ.
