music in your car of course.

I was talking about it in an other subject. It seems the DAB can not be just added to a radio that wasn't fit for it in the Auris hybrid.
Altough a completely new / second hand unit could be bought on eBay, one member pointed out.

I am in a country where FM is still the main thing so it's not that i can not live without DAB.

I was wondering if you guys have installed an other music option in your car ?
Maybe you are using Aupeo ? Aha ?  Two apps that are available on the Touch2 with go Plus.. don't know about others.
I saw that AHA is on my car but not really working. It tells me to activate on the toyota website but there all my options are still ok. So I don't know what they mean exactly.

I do have a connection for usb and aux in the car so i could attach something there. Saw some brands who will sell the external extra radio, like on this website :

Some of them, f.e. the Pure look quite good.
Maybe in future DAB as well as FM will lose customers to people listening radio stations on internet.. No idea if that will happen soon for in car use.

Thanks for that! I would also prefer to listen to something like that - https://lotofsense.com/songs/watermelon-sugar-harry-styles-explaining-the-meaning-behind-song/ typicall pop song but it has a deeper meaning than you could have though.

Which stereo do you currently have?

I stream music from my iPhone via bluetooth to my Auris.

I just get a a good kingston flash drive 32 Gb and have thousands of of music. The sound quality with mp3 is excellent because it is all digital, no Analog process. bluetooth from phone with any apps also works well but need phone control, only skip to next work with the steering wheel knob.
