Nothin but problems lately! First overheating now it won't start! grrrrrr....

So the last severla days it's been choking on start up. I turn the key and it attempts to start but dies instantly. Then on the second try it starts up, but it runs kinda rough for a min. then it's fine! Now tonight it did the same thing but when i tried it again it wouldn't continue to run, even if I gave it some extra gas! Tryed prob 20 times. Sometimes it seemed like it was going to stay running and I'd try giving it a lil edge by giving it some gas but it would still die!

Anyone have any ideas??????

Re-set the ECU ..

when did you last get it serviced? ie new plugs

Not that it matters but you shouldnt press the gas when starting an MR2.
