Took the redundant rear seat out of my iQ and finally got around to making the remains half decent.  I like the idea of retaining the storage holder which is usually behind the rear seat, but made my own which fills the gap nicely behind the front seats.

Didn't you use your backseat? I wouldn't call it redundant as I often fit 3 tall men into my IQ quite comfotably!

Nope....it's just me and my wife these days so for my lifestyle and needs. The back seat is most certainly not wanted. Given we have a smallholding, I'm always collecting bags of feed etc., for our stock and by taking the back seat out, I can carry more feed etc.,
