Door Card Scratches

When I first bought my new 2015 Aygo I noticed that their was a small scratch on the front plastic trim at the side of the windscreen, I think the airbag is behind it. I took it back to the dealer as it was annoying me with it being a brand new car. They whisked the car away to the workshop for what couldn't be more that 10 minutes & returned it with the scratch not completely gone but almost invisible to the eye.

I'm just wondering if any member knows what it might have been that they used to disguise the scratch as I would like to remove some of the marks to my door cards.

I asked the dealer but he wouldn't disclose.

Rubbed it out with some T Cut, that's what I do when I get scratches
