2.0 D4D (1CD-FTV) loss of power?

Hi everyone!

I have a Toyota Corolla 2.0 D4D (66kW/90HP) Diesel car (Model 1CD-FTV). Model year is 2002. The car has been driven about 350 000km.

There is a problem in the car that it restrict the rears when it accelerates strongly. Especially in the second and third gears. The problem is most noticeable when there is about 2500 - 3000 rpms. The engine as if to cut power (rears)? I changed the fuel filter already.

What is the problem? Mass air flow sensor? Turbo (It works and sounds normally)?
