Hi

please can someone help,  I have a Toyota Aventis 2001 saloon, and the boot lock won't open with fob or key, I've had to open it by removing the  interior to get to the look it self, what I can tell is there is a round plastic thing that pushes open the mechanism, this is not happening what I need help with is, what I can do to fix it, or replace the part, please could you good people help.
