Hi David,

They will fit, however, be a bit careful of the really cheap ones, I've got two different ODB devices and one of them (really cheap one) would interfere with the car electrics, such as turning off the traction control.

 

If you can afford it, find one that is a bit more reliable is recommended by others.

Thanks Marc. What kind of diagnostics will I be able to read? Just the basics?

The cheaper ones read engine codes. The next level is detailed engine codes and monitor status. Next one is love data. Then you have the engine/abs/SRS code readers in the £100s

Depend on software you use. If you get something like torque app or equivalent. It will do engine codes and live data.

All apps will do engine codes. Just depends on what you need. If your using it for diagnostics, you need detailed codes and live data aswell as monitor status.
