Help me identify the airbag spiral cable part number [2004 E12 Corolla]

Hello,

I had the airbag light ON and did a test. Also the controls for the radio on the steering wheel did not work It had an error for the airbag spiral cable in the steering wheel. I took the steering wheel off and removed the part. It was cracked. I think the previous owner did something to it.

I looked for a part number but I could not find one. All I could find was a sticker with a bar code and *WTP.P3D..1190* printed under the bar code. I could be an 8 instead of the 9. It was difficult to read.

I have the trim with the radio controls on the steering wheel.

Looking on the internet I found the spiral cable with part numbers like 84306-48030 or 84306-0E010 or 84306-02110 and many other.

I don't know which one would fit my car and my trim. 2004 Corolla hatchback, 1.6 petrol engine, pre face lift with the radio controls from the photo.
