Auris 2016

Hello All

Just bought a Auris 1.2 Petrol 2016 8K miles on odo couple of weeks ago. Have driven 350 miles since then.

1st car in the UK, Admiral insurance (1st time in the UK age 33) with black box costs me £750 with installation today covering legal and accident coverage.

Didn't go for the breakdown as still have Toyota B/Down left for another couple of months. Will buy separately once this expired, so looking for ideas.

Booked an Intermediate service with Jemca Croydon in couple of weeks. Is this OK or shall I got for full or full+?

Thanks in advance.

Register your car on the My Toyota website https://www.toyota.co.uk/tme#/my-toyota/

Then buy the Toyota roadside assistance cover. It's basically the AA, but works out cheaper than going directly to the AA. Registering your car on My Toyota, also gives you lots of extra info about your car, so is well worth doing.

Intermediate service is fine. The full service will be the next one. When you book a service online via My Toyota, it recommends which service you require anyway.

As regards Toyota Roadside Assistance, one can add the balance of previous membership onto an annual subscription and Toyota will send out new cards with the full period of membership (eg. 14 months). I've done this a couple of times when purchasing new cars.
