Looking at the driver generally, and the relative lack of damage considering they drove into the crash barrier on a dual-carriageway, I'd suggest it was likely.

It wasn't even so much of a "crash" as "drove into", with the car sliding down the length. Not something you'd expect to become unconscious from.

 inadvertently pressed the power button whilst driving within a built up area.  The car lost power and I'm sure would have come to a stop if i hadnt done so.  Thought something had broke, so pulled over and soon realised wat i had done.

Pressing POWER button while on the move will put the car into N.
