just got rid of my 2013 Ford Focus and traded it in for a 2015 Auris Hybrid estate which I am picking up on Monday so hi to everyone.

This will be my second Toyota (first one was a Carina estate that I hated :)) but my wife has had 2 Yaris D4D's as driving school cars which were great.

What I love about Toyota is the customer service which Ford need to take a look at.

Although I loved my Focus this is the reason I'm changing (which may change anyones mind who may be thinking of getting a Focus)
