P0400 Is "Exhaust Gas Recirculation Flow" the car is detecting you have deleted the EGR as it cannot detect any EGR flow

P0504 Is "Brake Switch "A" / "B" Correlation" the car is detecting a fault in one of brake light switch circuits

P0571 Is "Stop Light Switch Circuit Malfunction" as above

Yes check engine light is on, so basically I can back to tuner, pedal sensor is OK, I checked spring is OK , and position also, all that bad stuff become from dpf in Slovakia after 900 km when I cut it off... so sad ,and also all those faults come in the same time

Not sure why you removed EGR, bad choice for the environment. It is bad enough for deleting the DPF already. Sorry not meant to moan  here as it is a technical discussion.

Was the problem present as soon as the garage returned the car to you after the work undertaken? If so, the garage is not clued up how to do the deletion. Take it back to them.
