Hi I have just purchased a 2011 Avensis estate 1.8 petrol. I do all my own maintenance etc etc does anybody know of a workshop manual I could buy (to ensure correct torques etc) AND does it have a timing chain or a timing belt (chain I think)

As regards a workshop manual, there isn't an affordable one. One can browse https://www.toyota-tech.eu  and download information from there - some of which is chargeable on an hourly basis.
