Dash lights flicker

Just about to sell the car and the dash lights flicker on and off the instrument needles drop the rise again and a slight chugging too any ideas also the car wouldn't start the other day as if the starter was dead I had the starter overhauled awhile back.

Tjek ground cabel from engine to chassie/batteri. The fat one

You can also temporarily connect a start cabel from Battery minus to a good solid connection point on the engine. If the car after that is Okay, it is surely a ground point issue

All contacts look tight and good I took out various fuses which were a bit tarnished just cleaned them with sandpaper and all seems good so far.

Actually didn't get a chance to try that weather and time beat me lol..if the lights still flicker I will give it a try.
