central locking

hi im having problems with the central locking on my Avensis 2010 model,everything locks ok but when I stop sometimes the door switch on the driver side panel won't open the passenger and rear doors it doesn't make the clicking noise if I leave the car  and try again after a minute everything works fine for a while! i am a night shift taxi driver so it's not an ideal situation I need to have to have the doors locked for safety reasons!  and then the passengers are locked in! id appreciate your help i have new batteries in the fobs by the way.
