2006 XT4 Petrol Rear Seat Belts

Just purchased an Xt4 Petrol. 2006. It has the standard 2 rear seat belts, then one hanging from the roof behind the left rear site.

It has three anchor points.  The garage that does my Mot, has stated it should have 4 and this is an MOT failure. Is he correct ?

Theres usually a little anchor tucked between back and base cushions

Does the garage you take your vehicle for MOT do repairs...?  If so... you have your answer.  Get your MOT's carried out at a depo that does not 'do' repairs.

Many garages treat the MOT as a cash cow. Beware!
