Help with error code

Hi,

could anyone help me? Check airbag light has appeared on car. Diagnosic tool has advised the code is B1861 which is a driver side front knee bag- igniter circuit, open circuit. Has this appeared on anyone else's vehicle before????

sometimes with issues like yours it worth disconnecting the 12v Battery waiting 20 minutes, unplug the air bag

and then plug it back in as plugs can come loose and give you errors then reconnect the 12v Battery,

it can be common for this to happen especially with the seat airbags.
