Damaged Turbo - part number?

After my car losing power and doing a few checks, I found my turbo intake hose loose and a piece of rubber stuck in the turbo inlet. Looks like the rubber was from the end of the plastic hose where it attaches to the turbo.

After failing to completely pull it out I decided to tackle the job of removing the turbo... couldn't remove the whole thing but I did manage to remove the cartridge in situ. Pig of a job but hey...

Dismantled the cartridge and there's this tiny piece of rubber jamming the whole thing. It all seems quite good, bearings are sound, but the tips of the blades are damaged.

Just searching for a spare cartridge, but I've not seen my turbo part number to ensure the spare matches. Any ideas where I'll find the prt number?

There is usually a tag on the housing, however if you contact Melett they may be able to help since they manufacture cartridges: http://www.melett.com/
