Electrics issue or something else?

Hi everyone,

I have a 2015 pre-facelift Auris TS Hybrid. Recently I've noticed that when starting the car the infotainment unit sometimes gets stuck in a loop - showing the Toyota logo and then switching off and restarting, repeatedly. Today I was driving and suddenly noticed that the gear selection labels next to the speedo (P, D, N, R etc) were completely black as if the car was off - no grey options with the usual green 'D'. 

I'll be taking this to Toyota soon as I bought it new and the warranty is in place, but any ideas what could be causing it?

when you have gremlins like this sometimes it may just need the Battery to be disconnected

for 30 minutes and then reconnect.

Does everything sound normal? If you operate the lights, wipers, etc.. does everything seem OK? I'm thinking possible low voltage condition.

Yeah everything else seems fine. Hasn't happened for a couple of weeks now.
