58 Mk2 fuse location?

Hello,

I've had the radio and heater control panel out to change the radio and appear to have blown a fuse. The remote central locking and the central locking on the car don't work and the heater control is behaving slightly oddly. The owners manual shows a number of possibles scattered through the four fuse boxes and I've located three of them and checked their fuses. The fourth is to the right and low down of the steering column. There's a flap to remove, which shows the fuses on the label but i can't see the actual fuse box. This is mentioned elsewhere on the forum but I'm not clear how to access it. Do I need to remove any more trim other than the little flap and how do I free the fuse box from however it's retained to get a look at it please?

Thanks!

Ok, I found it. There is a long and narrow piece of plastic trim secured above the pedals by two screws which extend horizontally towards the drivers seat. Once that's off you can get to the fuse cover and once removed, hanging upside down with your head in the foot well, it's possible to get a look. God knows why they couldn't have mounted it a bit more sensibly!
