Key fob with new battery will not open or lock doors how do I reprogram it

Had the same thing with mine some years ago... as far as I can remember you have stand near the vehicle, hold down one of the buttons, (or both buttons) for four or five seconds to re-sync the fob with the alarm cpu.  A google search should tell you...

I never use my fob now.. after I locked it once with the fob, went back later late at night to unlock, the Battery had gone flat in the fob and I could not switch off the alarm.  I had to use the key entry to get inside while the alarm was whaling its head off while I found a spare Battery and screw driver to change the fob Battery.  To much electronic crap on these cars these days.
