Avensis 2009 T27 Caliper Sliders

Hi All 

I have worn caliper sliders in the front of my avensis , I'm am being quoted €70 for the two slider kits for both sides , even my mechanic thinks it's expensive.  I have found slider kits on eBay for €30 for both sides , they are Bremtech sliders , just wondering has anybody heard of them , are they worth a chance as the are more than half the price ?

Quality and price is going hand in hand.

 

Normally the rubber is a poor quality and cracks after ahort time. The pinds measures are often of specs.

Not always! if you research 'Bremtech' they are made in Denmark not china so are a reasonable alternative to dealer parts. Unless there is actual proof that these parts are inferior I would use them. The OP will decide

Hi Saxo 

Yes they are made in Denmark so they should be good , but after reading a few negative reviews on eBay about parts damaging caliper and other faults I think I will go with the Toyota ones. The brakes are the one thing I don't want failing .
