Loose Tailgate Spoiler

Hi All. Just found out that the spoiler is loose on my 03 T Sport. Looks like the plug may have disintegrated on the drivers side. Anyone know how to fix as I gather that usually they're a pain in the **** to get off. Typical. Cheers Steve
