Chassis blanking plug needed

One of the blanking plugs is gone on my bug. Does anyone have the part number for this? Any help appreciated.

Can you pop the other one out, and see if it has a part number on it? then take it into the dealer to order one? cant cost too much .  Failing that, message someone breaking a car on eBay, send them your video and get them to give you a price on this part.

Now that the issue seems to be addressed, what is the role of these chassis blanking plugs? I tried googling it but with no luck.
