corolla tte compressor - idle speed issue

Recommended Posts

Hi.

I've got annoying problem with idle speed on my corolla tte compressor. Addiotnally I've got issue with engine stalling during breaking (pressing clutch  pedal). First I would like to describe how the situation looks like (modifications in my car).

Firstly I've installed FMIC. After that, I noticed that revolutions go much higher when clutch pressing and go lower (around 500-600 RPMs) for a moment during a break. So in some situations during breaking engine stall, but that was rarely. In the very next step I installed ECU Master DET3. It works in fuel implant mode, in inlet manifold is located MAP sensor. Now cars ride on low and mid RPMs  noticeably better. But as I said I've got two issues with idle speed.

The first one is ripple idling after fully warm-up. When the car is cold or not fully warm-up everything is ok, after that when I stop on the idle starts rippling so badly  even form 800 to 1400 RPMs. When I on A/C idle speed stabilize (small ripple 1000-1100 RPMs). Also turning on rear window heat helps with idle speed. I don;t understand why stock ECU control RPMs so crazy:

The second problem is engine stalling when pressing clutch when driving. I've noticed that when I drive with turned on supercharger (ogura sc12) and I suddenly press clutch the RPMs going down to 500-800, but engine is not stalling. When I drive with closed throttle I noticed that vacuum in inlet manifold is about 3-4 kPa, so when I press the clutch the vacuum is 0 kPa for a moment. After that tachometer's indicator go to 0 RPMs and suddenly go high, but in the most cases the engine stalls. I don't know why it is so big vacuum for moment. I even tried to make bypass from throtlle to intake manifold but it doesn't change anything as I see.

In addition I cleaned MAF, throttle body and IACV.

Please someone help me.
