MMt 3rd gear problem

Hello guys,

I have a problem with my MMT transmission on my 08 Corolla. In the morning, until car is cold, gearbox holds 2nd gear till 3k rpm or even more and then finally hits harshly to 3rd gear. And first 10-15 minutes of driving, gearbox change gear from 2nd to 3rd very harshly with loud hit noise. When car finally warms up, gearbox starts to skip 3rd gear - it goes from 2nd to 4th gear and of course because of this - car losses power and fuel consumption increases. Other gears works well despite temperature - problem is only with 3rd gear.

Maybe some of you had similar problems, or at least have any ideas what can be wrong? 

As far, as I know, ex car owner already changed clutch kit and actuator (not sure clutch or shift, but as it cost about 800, so I assume it should be shift). Dealer says, that problem for him is unknown and I need to remove and disassemble the box, which cost 1/3 of cars worth...

Any help would be appreciated :)
