Central Locking with Key Fob not Working

I have a Avensis 2006 and the key fob stops working a couple of days ago. When I lock the car no flashing, flashing when unclocking, but doors not reacting. I have replaced the Battery, but this is not the issue. Could someone with similar experience please help?  Thank you.

think you  have to repogramme  the key in the ign , or door , do a google search or on here .
