I was outside work at about 10.30 this morning in Watford and saw a mint condition D-reg GT driving past.

Just wondering if it belongs to anyone on TOC??

Mint or not they're rare. That's actually the first time I have seen one in the flesh like JT. One of my girlfriends mates had one, but sold it a month or so before I met her. Lovley looking cars in a Tetris sort of way!

I hear Bradford is the capital for ae82's and ae92's probably because I seen most of them up hear, and met a couple of guys of who have them.

On the whole the north has most of them, still see S**t loads driving AE92's in Manchester, Oldham, Rochdale, Blackburn Bolton etc etc and you still see ae82's (now again).

Only seen one AE86 only a couple of weeks ago now they are rare!!!!!!!

Probably the first one in ten years, to me the cars looks very lightweight compared to the pictures I have seen. I remember seeing one in autotrader a couple of months back, but all the way in Cornwall, A/B? -REG blue £800. Spoke to the guy and he said a bloke from Bradford was on his way down. Phoned him again and he said the car was off the market, due to lots of IRISH Enquiries so he wanted time to think about the new price for the car. Felt sorry for the guy who went all the way down from Bradford.

Guess I live too far south for all these Rolla's. In my local area (20 mile radius) there's only 2 or 3 AE92's about. I see em every now and then! There's a white one and a blue one!

There are quite a few 82's around Northamton that I see regularly. I haven't spoken to any of the drivers/owners though... I have seen an old (pensioner age) bloke driving one of them

There is also 4 92's I see very often. All of them are rusted well bad except a nice dark grey one which is absolutely mint B)

One of the 92's I see on the A1 every now and then (white one) has had the tailgate filled where the number plate should be. The number plate is repositioned on the bumper if I remember correctly. Personally I don't think it looks all that nice.

AE92's are still a common car around here. Not so for AE82's or AE86's which are both rare as rocking horse :censor:

I know this bloke who has a white AE86, just like the one in Initial D. It's in really good condition....lots of people offered to buy it off him but he said NO WAY...
