Grey Corolla Verso T180 (KP56 WNX) - Warning

Noticed a friends old 2006 Corolla Verso T180 (reg KP56 WNX) for sale on Autotrader in Birmingham. If anyone on here is considering it, please think twice. It displayed all the classic head gasket/cracked cylinder head issues and as a result was sold without an MOT (due to failing emissions) Within a day or so of selling it to a trader (very cheaply I think), its been advertised on autotrader for full market value - but no mention of anything wrong with the engine, its poor mpg or the fact there's no heat from the cabin heater. Shame, because it was almost like new when you looked at it. Yes - it has a new MOT now, but would be very surprised if it's 100% genuine. Seriously - Buyer beware.

Thanks for the warning. In my experience most traders sell part-exs on very quickly, via auction if they suspect it is possibly dodgy, so it may be that even the current seller is not aware of its history and issues.
