Wiper Blade Replacement?

I need to replace my rear wiper blade - I've measured it and it's 12 inches.

It seems that this isn't a common size and I can only find budget brands with this size, and they're pretty expensive as well.

Am I able to fit a different size or am I restricted to a 12 inch blade - this is for a French built car if that helps at all :)

Could just buy the rubber insert from a Toyota dealer - easy to fit.
