Amp And Sub Arrived.

Well they arrived today (Tuesday), Ordered them on Sunday, i was quite impressed with the speed of the delivery, going to be running them off the standard headunit for a while until I can afford a decent headunit which should be within the next month or too...

also, is there any way to completely remove the standard CD player and lcd screen display and fill up the spaces, or have extra storage here, as i think the standard HU wouldnt look too nice still being in the car with a spanking new headunit.

you may wish to keep the LCD, as it has a clock and MPG

you can remove the old head unit put your new one in and still have a coin tray, i dont thnk there is anything to replace the top display however. I just keep mine set on MPG reading, just gonna go take a pic for you now.

this is how ive done it, thanks to jaxx who pointed me in the right direction after things went a little wrong

you need the typa A (i think) facia from toyota, there are 3, a b and c, ones for cd and one for tape just as you would find it when you buy the car and then there is this one, its just a big gap so you can fit the center fittings in , pop down your dealer and they should be-able to bring it up on the screen, if i find the part number in the meen time ill let you know. onl thing this costs £45 you might beable to get cheeper im impatient so didnt try

Now the center bit which makes it fit all snug is the FP-11-03 Adaptor availiable form Halfords for £25 its bacicly a cut to fit kit with all instruction included.
