Can Somebody Please Help Me!

i know i posted this before, but nobody helped me.

i recently installed my greddy profec-b 2 ebc. everything seems to be connected and wired properly. the main unit measures boost correctly and gives off a warning when i boost too high. however, when i try to set the boost or lower, it doesnt work. on low boost, i set everything to 0lbs gain, 0%gain, etc. everything to its lowest. but when i floor it, boost jumps to 14.8lbs. thats well over the stock 10lbs. could this be the problem of a faulty solenoid, a kink in the hose, or even bad connection with the wires?? cheers
