Right or wrong oil

Hi good evening I am writing this as notification and a plea for information regarding what oil have you been using in your 1.4 d auris?

My car is a late 2014 tourer that let me down by breaking down back in march this year and as it was my first new car and 1st Toyota and we'll within warranty thought after AA were called and couldn't restart the fault would be rectified under warranty... Wrong.. they charged me for a dpf regen oil change and fuel filter change. And said I used wrong oil... However had been using the same oil 5w 30 acea c2 for the four services after the first 2 at Toyota.

My next service is due after this and when I call parts for correct oil they say 5w 30 supplied.. so I contact assistant manager saying I want my money back as clearly they are supplying same grade as I was so I am not at fault here....

Anyone shed light on this?

Regards mj

very untrustworthy at manor royal crawley hence the sign saying so on back of car for the last 40000 miles.
